New to On-Line Marketing?? Check this out...
As an on-line marketer, I have realized more then anything that we must have direction, a blueprint showing the way to success. The internet is so large that if you do not know what you are doing, you will end up broke and frustrated. I'm a strong believer in EDUCATION. If you are new to On-line Marketing and you want to jump into the internet and see where you end up.. feel free..smile.. Yet I have found a blueprint and yes this blueprint starts with education.
In order to learn how to do anything NEW we must educate ourselves. Once educated we can jump in with both hands. So many Network Marketers fail in the on-line marketing battle because they are not educated in the ways to succeed..

Resveratrol - The Elixir of Youth
The discovery of Resveratrol has caused a flurry of excitement amidst scientists and researchers. This is due to the fact that Resveratrol holds promise of longevity and defiance of premature aging.
Resveratrol is a member of stilbenes, a class of polyphenolic compounds. It is rich in flavonoids and has antioxidant, anti inflammatory and anti atherogenic impact. Some plants like Eucalyptus and knotweed produce stilbenes when they are exposed to stress, fungal infection, UV rays and injury. Resveratrol is also found in natural foods like grapes, blueberries, cranberries, bilberries, peanuts and the French red wine. An ounce of French Red wine contains 90 micrograms of Resveratrol. Since Resveratrol is found on the grape skins it is hardly present in white wines were the grape skins are discarded during preparation of the wine.
A study by the Harvard University on mice revealed that when Resveratrol was fed to mice on a high calorie diet, it reversed the enlarged liver conditions of the mice. The incidence of obesity, heart diseases and arteriosclerosis in these mice cause by their unhealthy diet was eliminated by Resveratrol. In fact Resveratrol augmented survival rates of mice on unhealthy diets by 31%. These mice also built up energy levels that the researchers compared to that of trained athletes. The study results have indicated that Resveratrol can treat aging related diseases.
Resveratrol works as an anti aging agent by targeting HDACs- histone deacetylase enzymes related to aging and life span control. Resveratrol has been found to be able to imitate the effects of calorie limitation; Resveratrol stimulates a gene called mammalian SIRT1 gene just as calorie restriction does. This gene promotes life span. Resveratrol activates AMP-activated kinase (AMPK) which is an enzyme that enhances insulin sensitivity and fatty acid oxidation. Resveratrol also kindles AMPK, which promotes longevity.
Resveratrol is rich in antioxidants. The Resveratrol antioxidants prevent photo aging and enhance skin freshness, softness and quality. These antioxidants destroy free radicals that cause premature aging. Resveratrol is hence great for skin care.
Resveratrol can boost your energy levels and give you the vigor and flexibility of youth.
Resveratrol can combat ailments related to natural aging process of your body. It makes blood vessels nonstick by slowing platelet formation. This improves blood flow and prevents cardiovascular diseases like Arteriosclerosis. Scientists are attributing the low incidence of cardio vascular diseases in French people, despite their fat rich conventional diet, to their prodigious consumption of French red wine which has Resveratrol. There is also a strong relation between Resveratrol and cholesterol. Proper intake of Resveratrol supplements helps in lowering cholesterol levels and eventually decreases the risks of heart attacks.
It has the ability to reduce blood sugar so it can prevent diabetes, an old age disease. Other cardio vascular benefits include augmented Nitric Oxide production, reduction of vasoactive peptides, diminishment of oxidized low-density lipoprotein, cyclooxygenase inhibition.
Resveratrol prevents Alzheimer's disease by breaking down beta-amyloid and by positively impacting neural tissues. It fights cancerous cells selectively without harming the healthy cells of the body. It is especially effective in blocking prostate cancer. It boosts anti cancer defenses and immunity of the body.

What is swine flu?
Swine Influenza (swine flu) is a respiratory disease of pigs caused by type A influenza viruses. Outbreaks of swine flu happen regularly in pigs. People do not normally get swine flu, but human infections can and do happen. Most commonly, human cases of swine flu happen in people who are around pigs but it's possible for swine flu viruses to spread from person to person also.
What are the signs and symptoms of swine flu in people?
The symptoms of swine flu in people are similar to the symptoms of regular human flu and include fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills and fatigue. Some people have reported diarrhea and vomiting associated with swine flu. In the past, severe illness (pneumonia and respiratory failure) and deaths have been reported with swine flu infection in people. Like seasonal flu, swine flu may cause a worsening of underlying chronic medical conditions.

In September 1988, a previously healthy 32-year-old pregnant woman in Wisconsin was hospitalized for pneumonia after being infected with swine flu and died 8 days later. A swine flu outbreak in Fort Dix, New Jersey occurred in 1976 that caused more than 200 cases with serious illness in several people and one death.
What should I do if I get sick?
If you live in areas that have reported cases and become ill with influenza-like symptoms, including fever, body aches, runny nose, sore throat, nausea, or vomiting or diarrhea, you may want to contact their health care provider, particularly if you are worried about your symptoms. Your health care provider will determine whether influenza testing or treatment is needed.
If you are sick, you should stay home and avoid contact with other people as much as possible to keep from spreading your illness to others.
If you become ill and experience any of the following warning signs, seek emergency medical care.
In children emergency warning signs that need urgent medical attention include:
Fast breathing or trouble breathing
Bluish skin color
Not drinking enough fluids
Not waking up or not interacting
Being so irritable that the child does not want to be held
Flu-like symptoms improve but then return with fever and worse cough
Fever with a rash
In adults, emergency warning signs that need urgent medical attention include:
Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
Pain or pressure in the chest or abdomen
Sudden dizziness
Confusion
Severe or persistent vomiting
What can I do to protect myself from getting sick?
There is no vaccine available right now to protect against swine flu. There are everyday actions that can help prevent the spread of germs that cause respiratory illnesses like influenza. Take these everyday steps to protect your health:
Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.
Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hand cleaners are also effective.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way.
Try to avoid close contact with sick people.
If you get sick with influenza, CDC recommends that you stay home from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them.
What should I do to keep from getting the flu?
First and most important: wash your hands. Try to stay in good general health. Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, manage your stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food. Try not touch surfaces that may be contaminated with the flu virus. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
What is the best way to keep from spreading the virus through coughing or sneezing?
If you are sick, limit your contact with other people as much as possible. Do not go to work or school if ill. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing. It may prevent those around you from getting sick. Put your used tissue in the waste basket. Cover your cough or sneeze if you do not have a tissue. Then, clean your hands, and do so every time you cough or sneeze.
What is the best technique for washing my hands to avoid getting the flu?
Washing your hands often will help protect you from germs. Wash with soap and water. or clean with alcohol-based hand cleaner. we recommend that when you wash your hands -- with soap and warm water -- that you wash for 15 to 20 seconds. When soap and water are not available, alcohol-based disposable hand wipes or gel sanitizers may be used. You can find them in most supermarkets and drugstores. If using gel, rub your hands until the gel is dry. The gel doesn't need water to work; the alcohol in it kills the germs on your hands.

How will Traffic Exchanges Help Your Online Business??
Greetings Everyone it's Traffic Exchange Time..
As the Online Marketing Angel and a single mother of 2..smile. I strive to find FREE ways to market online. Now "newbies" need to understand that FREE online marketing is possible, yet it takes longer to see results. And usually you spend more time in front of your computer.. smile. Yet it is possible to put in the work and see great results. I am living proof..smile. Now, Let me explain clearly.. YES I spend money marketing online. I am a strong believer that you must spend money to make money. I just also know that you don't have to 'break the bank' to become an online success..smile.
Now to traffic exchanges.. many join traffic exchanges thinking that they are going to generate all these leads. This is absolutely FALSE. Traffic exchanges are meant for simply 'exchanging traffic'. A way to get lots of hits to your site as to rise in the search engines and allow your site many views by more humans vs. bots. Am I saying that you will not generate ANY leads with Traffic Exchanges.. no.. I'm simply saying you should not join one expecting leads. Use a Traffic Exchange for what it is for.. to generate hits to your site.
I use several traffic exchanges to generate hits to my pages.. If you are totally new to online marketing, then you will find my Traffic Exchange Video very useful. I will post it later this week.
Another great thing about Traffic Exchanges.. They are great affiliate programs. As you share your favorite traffic exchange (which you want to do, because the more people surfing on your favorite traffic exchange, the more hits to your site) you can generate a small income by referring.

You Can Overcome The Fear of Success!!
As my team grows and I begin to see REAL success in the world of Network Marketing.. I have began to ask myself... Why didn't I succeed in the very first MLM I joined, 12 years ago?? HMMMM.. Or better yet the one after that one, or the next one.. or the next one.. As I look back and reevaluate my Network Marketing Journey.. the only consistent is that I constantly gave up. If you can relate then read on...smile
When I joined my current opportunity, I told the guy signing me up that "Failure is NOT an option". This phrase is the first change I made in my Network Marketing plan. At this point I turned down a different road, versus going back and forth on the same road to failure...smile
Multi-Level Marketing is just like any other business. There are ups and downs. There are times when you have so many leads you can barely handle them. There are times when you wonder why nobody will join. There are times when your up-line "boss" gets on your last nerve. The key is to focus on YOUR SUCCESS.. smile
Success comes with a price. I believe there is a sacrifice that takes place in order to reach true, lasting success. It makes me think of that saying, when they tell you not to have envy of the success of others.. because you don't know what they had to go through to get there.. or what they had to "sacrifice" to get there.. hmmm.. smile
What have I sacrificed, you may ask.. well it is a daily process. Not as simple as sacrificing one thing... Lately, I have sacrificed my comfort zone. I am continuously stepping out side the box. I keep walking into "uncomfortable" situations. My faith has risen to an entirely new level.. which can become VERY uncomfortable. Yet every time I step outside the box.. my success continues to rise.
What are you willing to sacrifice to reach your ultimate success? The only thing keeping you from success is YOU.. not your opportunity.. not your up-line.. not your finances.. YOU!! I have a very wise friend name Eric B Leach he has taught me many things.. the main thing is that Success is within me.. The fear of success is just a lie that your mind has made truth.. step out of the comfort and overcome the fear.

The Journey of The Online Marketing Angel...not your average business lady..
Hello everyone,
I figured I would take a moment to tell you a little bit about myself. As I'm reaching 7000 followers on Twitter. I'm realizing that I'm starting to build relationships with many people. Yet as we all know.. you can only say so much in 140 characters...lol..smile. So here we go.. I'm a 34 year old, never married, single mother of 2 fabulous daughters. My oldest, Catherine is 8, and my youngest Chloe is 1 going on 7..lol..smile. I live in Georgia.. and love it.. smile I love God dearly.. and believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sins.. My journey to this point has been full of trials, pain, bad decisions, stubborness..lol.. and ultimately a peace that I can not explain..
Today I love what I do, I love who I have become and I love watching my daughters become better then me everyday..smile.
I enjoy helping Network Marketers with Attraction Marketing... for one reason.. Through my 12 years of network marketing I could never find anybody who would geniunely help me and not just use me until I reached a tight spot and then toss me aside.. If you have ever been part of an MLM you know what I'm talking about.. I strive to be the exception.. yet today I have met many exceptions..smile. We work together to change our industry so that individuals begin to realize that the more you give the more you get..smile.. I have and continue to create an awesome income through my network marketing. And love meeting new people daily.. and helping them reach the same level of success and most of the time more success then myself.. which makes me smile even more..smile
